Yes, this is the official Ado store. All products, including CDs, vinyl, and apparel, are authentic licensed merchandise directly from the artist's management.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
